What you’ll be working on
- You analyze shop user behavior in depth to uncover actionable insights
- You drive shop optimization and growth by providing analytical recommendations to Business and Product Owners
- You develop KPIs and monitor success metrics that impact the shopping experience of millions of users
- You support full-cycle A/B tests and QA of tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- You design dashboards and deliver analytical insights to support decision-making across the organization
What you bring to the table
- You master SQL for complex data analysis and querying large datasets
- You have expertise in e-commerce KPIs, funnel analysis, and web analytics, including frontend tracking data (GA4 a plus)
- You create compelling dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
- You apply advanced A/B testing methodology, statistical analysis, and customer segmentation to drive data-informed decisions
- You communicate complex analytical insights clearly to stakeholders, working independently and collaboratively to deliver accurate, actionable results
